Brandon K. Hamchuk, Architect is the sole member and Principal of the firm since its establishment in 2007. The Architect has comprehensive experience preparing specifications for the completion of superior residential, commercial and public buildings.  There is proven ability to create highly appealing, exciting and interesting designs that will engage and evoke emotion. 

After graduating from New York Institute of Technology, Manhattan campus, Brandon worked for Anthony S. Diproperzio, AIA on private & public buildings on long island, upstate New York and New York City for seven years. Through those projects, Brandon developed a keen design and detail oriented style which is used on every project he commissions. 

Spring 2009, Brandon studied and passed the LEED AP exam which allowed him to design and build environmentally friendly green buildings and spaces. He is currently accredited by USGBC as a LEEP AP BD&C.

Determined to become a Registered Architect, Brandon studied for the architect registration exam administered by N.C.A.R.B. passing all seven sections while working full time in 2012.  January 2013, New York State granted licensure to Brandon where he is currently registered to practice architecture. 

After the devistation of superstorm sandy, Brandon has taken the training courses offered by LIRO (New York Risings consultant) for the understanding of the 6100, f.a.r. and overall process of the GOSR funded program. This training will benefit the homeowners greatly and shall help assist in the most funding the program has to offer to rebuild your home.
